Terry Fisher, author of Lotto Winning Secrets, is a self-proclaimed "Two-time Million Dollar Lottery Winner and Lotto Systems Expert" who displays two million-dollar checks on his web site http://www.lottery-and-lotto.com. Notice that the name on both checks has been crossed out. If he really was the recipient of those checks, why was his name rubbed out?
Look closely at the checks and you will see that on the NSW lottery check the payee's name is different (shorter) than the name of the payee on the Tattersall Sweeps check. Did Terry Fisher really think that no one would notice this deception? Is he a two-time winner or a two-time loser who is two-timing his customers?
